Happy Life is a private corporation with some unknown ties to the Free Barons.
Kiryu Akira is the sole owner of the corporation, which is listed as consultants. Kiryu appeared out of nowhere 8 years ago, already wealthy. Kinda like Tommy Wiseau.
They have never appeared in the business news, no contracts, and no one seems to pay them or invest in them.
