Urban Renewal HQ Rough Sketch.png

There is a public road on the south side of the complex going up the mountainside past the area. It's not very well-used and the guards at the checkpoint keeps an eye out on all the traffic passing by. The south and west walls (in orange) are built on top of retaining walls so are taller than they look from the inside. The walls are covered with some sort of thorny plant and there is electric wire running on the top of the wall. The wall is punctuated by elevated omnidirectional cameras every hundred or so meters. The eastern wall is taller and has a similar security setup but is on the rising side of the elevation so doesn't get extra height from the terrain. The northern edge is against the mountains and we will come back to that later.

Every vehicle entering the compound needs to go through the checkpoint. There seems to be a fast lane but in the evening only the slow lane next to the guard box was being used and every vehicle we saw was being questioned. There seems to be three people stationed at the checkpoint in the evening.

The entrance overhang has several cameras situated on it and has retractable weapon mounts on it. Plenty of places within the lattice of climbing plants there are fake panels which we believe to be weapon mounts as well, with some on the 2nd, 5th and 10th story heights all around the building. In addition, there are eight heavy duty weapons on the roof (possibly for anti-air deterrence?). We also believe there is a drone rack exit by the service entrance as well as the roof, and there are Horizon Flying Eyes whizzing around actively as well.

Guards seem to patrol in pairs on three different circuits, hourly except for the northern border, which is half-hourly. One of the circuits seem to be counterclockwise around the building from the garden to the main entrance, and the other hourly one is the front area from the parking lot to the entrance checkpoint. The northern border is walked along its entirety and is against vegetation so was kind of difficult to figure out, but seems to be some sort of wire to demarcate the area. In addition, there is a team on the patio equipped with some serious frag-off weaponry (you recognize them as Ares Desert Strikes from the image).

Best of luck to your team.
