Wutz Fragged?

Hoi, so we have a break-in to do! That sound easy enough - so ka? It's our biz! I think that we probably should go for an interview. What's our expenses on this jaunt? Can we rent an office on their cred? Then we should setup in their building and do a datasteal. Anyone got a highend SIN? Again - will the Johnson pay for one? I also might want one, Jason ain't great. Otherwise - I can probably convince someone to get me a tour, or at least, convince someone I am a consultant. Can a matrix jockey find me what the SINs look like so we can do a simple entrance, look around, and see what's up. Maybe plant a data tap. If we can rent the space - we also need a cover business - anyone ever wanted to sell things? I could open a marketing business if needed - but if that's the case - we need a corporate charter. --Malta^Talk

Regarding our expenses, we don't have a formal arrangement at this time. We're operating a bit outside of the usual protocol for this one as the "Johnson" is a friend of mine. But my expectation would be that, if asked, they would say something like "It can come out of the budget I set aside for other expenses, as long as it's replenished at the end of the job." In other words, we can obtain credit in advance and exploit opportunities along the way to buy it out. I believe we found an opening on an office space for rent in that building, so if we act quickly we should be able to gain that advantage. Oh, sure - I get it's non-trad expensive. But renting a building ain't cheap - and someone has to foot the bill. If it's cheap, we can do it. But if it's too expensive and no one can foot it - we might just need to got for a walk through the hard way. Yeah - forward me the contracts, I can make some sense of them - my Japanese ain't great - but I have some tools to fix that. OK, I've gotten approval for about 60K nuyen of expenses. Provided we invoice our client as "third-party matrix security" with some corporate title -- which I imagine is already part of the plan -- we do not anticipate any difficulties in securing this funding. I'm certain we will be able to reimburse our client for costs incurred, since this is technically coming out of a maintenance budget and if we're going to be saving this host we don't want to undermine it in the process.
