Drek, it's strong custom work, this barrier. Some corp paid a lot of money to get a lot of mages to set up this fairly impenetrable astral barrier and make it permanent. From what I can tell, it covers the entire structure and because of that I'm fairly confident it lets through physical objects because there isn't an obvious physical entrance otherwise. The Underwater Mana Barrier is approximately located at 52° N, 152° W. Matrix searches says that the coastal guard might have paper copies with information regarding the specifics under the barrier.
