Blackout Blues

St. Louis goes dark on the morning of April 7th, and on the next day Atka calls Malta saying that there are important Black Star contacts which were located in St. Louis and needs the team to go find. Specifically:

• Bella, a human decker
• Tiny, a troll adept, undercover using alias "Demetrius Monguia"

The team has been paid an advance of 20k nuyen, and will be paid 60k if the team can locate one of them, 80k for both. Additional payment can be negotiated from the two depending on information found about the blackout, because Horizon is oddly prepared to help.

Notes:

• Corinne Potter is rumored to have been whisked to St. Louis ahead of the disaster, was suspiciously missing at a scheduled press conference on the morning of the 8th
• Learned about whereabouts of the local Mafia compound and general lay of underworld from East Side Boys gang lieutenant raiding a Stuffer Shack.
• North UCAS Mafia is governed by the Santucci family, whose main focus is mostly playing the UCAS border and smuggling further north and into the NAN. Central UCAS Mafia is controlled by the De Lucia family, of which the Don is a member of.
  • Visited Santucci compound, got a letter of introduction from a decker at the compound; they were `closed for business' at the current time.
