Still getting to know her. She's an Elf in the Cutters, so constantly on the edge of the group, unlikely to rise through the ranks. She's mostly running protection inside Seattle, but she's plugged into the smuggling network. Probably going to see if I can start to see what a foothold in the Cutters looks like.
