Urban Renewal Headquarters

The Urban Renewal Headquarters houses the department of the same name and is a large L shaped building encompassing a garden built into the Verdugo mountainside. The "bottom" leg of the L is 20 stories tall with a rooftop patio open to employees, while the rest of the building goes up to 30 stories, whose top has helicopter and VTOL landing space. The sides of the building is decorated with hanging plants to symbolize renewal. The garden has an amphitheater used for corporate rallies and the occasional concert. The site, owing to its location, has employee shuttles to dorms and public transit.
