The team has managed to break into an Ares Blacksite, which seems to be being used to research Insect Inhabitation. This is the site that was being planned out during [Renewal Report]. A horizon team is inside the blacksite.
Malta is working on getting Santucci assets into play to bring gang forces into the area to make sure that Horizon can't easily take over.
