Dr. Katz

Dr. Emmanuel Kant graduated from MIT&T in 2069 with his dissertation A Classification of Astral Para-animal Signatures, and soon thereafter became an independent researcher with the Draco Foundation for something-or-the-other about spirits. From what I understand, he gets bogged down in administrative work like every other hermetic academic in some large organization, and might not be the best at explaining obtuse magic theory to people not familiar with the subject, but he's a bright man and definitely knows his stuff. — Revàn^(Talk) 18:46, 9 March 2017 (EST)
