- Gillian Walters - a local high roller, who might be funding Shadowruns for Humanis
- Akari Toyota - a known racist who is a Horizon VP, managing the DocWagon project for Charisma Associates
- Kaori Hino - a Horizon Virtual Disney movie star, who has been rumoured to be sympathetic to Humanis
