Happy Life is a private corporation with some unknown ties to the Free Barons.
Akira Kiryu is the sole owner of the corporation, which is listed as consultants. Akira appeared out of nowhere 8 years ago, already wealthy. Kinda like Tommy Wiseau.
They have never appeared in the business news, no contracts, and no one seems to pay them or invest in them.
Turns out he is an Angel Investor, and is a former Shadowrunner/Fixer.
