Medschool Malarky
We got asked to go to LA (again) after Jynx Talked to Voidbit, but then it turned out that the Dawnchasers ended up getting wrecked. Several of their members were badly injured. And, of course, there's some fragging med students missing in the barrens.
So we ended up needing to go find them. And, of course, there's a little busload of them (38 in total). So we end up talking to the Dean of CalTech med school, and she offers us cash to make sure that no one finds out that the kids aren't alright. Fine. The Gangs of LA aren't the worst, but there's some racists who are gonna shoot before thinking, there's Orks who aren't gonna be excited to have med students wandering around, and there's just the Burning Angels who are not gonna be a bad. But good.
Revàn and I send out some spirits, and we actually end up finding the magical kids, in a group of 20, in a standoff with the Los Verdugos. Silk and I figure out that the Los Verdugos are there for a drug deal, and found 20 fraggin' kids in their doss. So - yeah - we work things out. Get the kids back to their dorms, and tell them they're gonna be shot by scary gangers if they don't fraggin' keep their mouths shit.
Now to find 18 more kids. Lost. In the Barrens.
