Problem: I feel that there is not enough incentive to be wide on knowledge skills nor there is a good way to get better at knowledge skills.
Proposal: If people think a character has the right knowledge skill at the right time, if we all agree they get a free chip for that knowledge skill. One can spend half the new rating (rounded down) chips to increase the knowledge skill.
