Seattle Port Authority

It's a one-story old-timey building nestled behind an abandoned industrial complex up in Everett (abandoned being no surprise here). I paid it a visit and picked up a draft navigation map, which doesn't have the underwater mana barrier and associated structure listed, but did note a potential crash site. The gal who helped me out insisted that I check in with the deputy harbormaster, Mr. Timonds, for the most up-to-date information, so if we want more he's probably our man.
