Is this place part of Schoolhouse Rock?
I mean obviously. You see there's this realm that every school connects to (kind of like L-Space or Sigil) called the Schoolhouse, and if you go into one of the gardens, there's a large standing rock engraved with runes. The rock actually contains myriad subrealms, each accessible by touching a unique combination of runes on the rock.
Collation Station is one of the realms inside the Schoolhouse Rock.
