Tall Guy was wearing one of these! I managed to reproduce it with my 1337 artistic skillz, which I really think are progressing quite nicely. I've seen these patch dudes before at some racing events talking to the guys that take the bets. Maybe they're friends? Maybe they really like losing money? I'm going to ask Gus about them when I stop being in pursuit of a fragging Ares Roadmaster.
