This paper is focused on a murder of Rook which are being taught the game chess. The focus is on comparing several types of knowledge infusions, mostly for humans, but should work on other life. The paper covers then boosting the crow's intelligence in order to allow it to play chess. The scenarios covered are:

  • teaching a crow chess via knowledge infusion, while under the effects of Increase Logic, and then seeing if it can play chess without
  • teaching a crow chess via knowledge infusion, and then seeing if it can play chess while under the effects of Increase Logic
  • teaching a crow chess via knowledge infusion, and then seeing if it can teach another crow with Increase Logic cast upon it
  • teaching a crow chess via knowledge infusion, and then seeing if it can teach a crow with Increase Logic cast upon it, while the first crow had Increased Logic
  • giving several crows with Increased Logic for several weeks access to files on chess and a chess board
  • giving several crows access to files on chess and a chess board for several weeks
  • giving a knowledge infusion to one crow, and then giving several of them a chess board

The primary role of the Matrix involved was it was used to monitor communications. This was also replicating a parallel study on non-emerged crows to attempt to measure intelligence differences between emerged and non-emerged crows.
