Whiley

Whiley is who Malta considers his best friend. Insofar as Whiley is typically not looking for a favour when he comes to Malta, usually just to play Miracle Shooter, or some other Matrix game, or to have a drink (Whiley is fond of whiskey, and has a good eye for finding soy whiskey that doesn't taste like warm alcoholic piss).
Whiley's two main skills are being an elf, and being brazen enough to try anything. Therefore, he has a fairly small time trade smuggling people into and out of Tir Taingire, as well as (to a lesser extent) the PCC and Salish.
