Jin is a fixer who tends to work for Mitsuhama - and explicitly Kobei.
We have a bit of a relationship with him - specifically he is interested in data regarding a recent compromise of Mitsuhama's networks. If we can get him info on that we can get paid.
We strongly suspect Mr. Steiner of organizing the run.
