Mr. Steiner

Mr. Steiner is a powerful enough Fixer to be dangerous. Very able to spam out runs - probably a danger to the streets. Word on the street is that working with him is a good way to get yourself geeked. Too much blood on the floor to both a coincidence.

Probably more an issue of stupid then malice - it looks like he's just pulling datasteals and smash and grabs out of his hoop, and wont drop enough nuyen on a run to get a real team. I bet he's going to go broke this way - trying to get some fast data, and instead spending it all on worthless runs. Hopefully he learns his lesson, and doesn't come after us for roughing up his cutout.

Ok - I'm going to revise basically everything. He's an asshole - and an idiot - but we apparently get to break his kneecaps because he might have real data! It'll be nice to hurt him a little though!
