Mr. Steiner is a powerful enough Fixer to be dangerous. Very able to spam out runs - probably a danger to the streets. Word on the street is that working with him is a good way to get yourself geeked. Too much blood on the floor to both a coincidence.
Probably more an issue of stupid then malice - it looks like he's just pulling datasteals and smash and grabs out of his hoop, and wont drop enough nuyen on a run to get a real team.
