Malta's Tenement

My place is a drekhole tenement from before the first Crash. The place has been pretty fragged since Redmond was destroyed. I originally moved in while I was fleeing Horizon, and it was basically hell. First I had to shred my essence to keep alive, and then I had to kick the damn habits that kept me trying to save my wife. Keeping this place alive is what's keeping me alive.

The gang - the 37 Juggernauts - were squatting here for a long time, and profiting off the chipheads and addicts who inhabited the squat. I've since gotten them to back off, mostly moving into street protection rackets, and dealing in drugs for the users. I've spent the last few months making sure to make the place a little more livable, mostly by making sure the children are looked after, the chip heads aren't hurting themselves, and the drug addicts are doing so cleanly. Probably one of the best drekholes in Redmond, but still in Redmond.
