Kobei

Mr. Smith let slip that this company might be involved with the interference of the black box we are to retrieve.

We met with Jin Oboro, a fixer who tends to work with Kobei, and said that Kobei, while interested in the Black Box that they do not have, has mentioned that there were 'attacks on their hosts' at a timing which is 'too suspicious to be only a coincidence'.
