Café DuMorne is a cajun-inspired café with a bit of a voodoo flair owned by a AA CAS corp who specializes in pop-up establishments whose storefront is situated in Bellevue. It serves coffee and light brunch in an open area, the breakfast is very good, and cajun. However, the after breakfast food is mostly beignets and other baked goods.
