EVO Sky Tower

The EVO Sky tower is a 100 story tower built into the side of a small mountain in Vladivostok Russia. It primarily serves as apartments for the support staff and lower level employees serving EVO in their primary campus.
The campus itself is not self-sufficient, as there are several thousand commuters who enter the area every day on cable cars, air taxi, and the smaller service roads (the last one being primarily VIPs).
The below plans are duplicate three times, as the Sky Tower is basically four of the same unit.
