Julie Bines

Julie Bines is a member of the Ares division associated with the Shadow community. Her cover is being involved in the underground music scene since 2055 and is a pretty good agent, with four platinum records to her name and many succesful talents. However, ever so often her contracts go missing (about 9 in her career to date). Johnny Banger was last seen meeting with her around January 28, and has since gone missing.

She has been seen boating in the Seattle Bay.
