An dumpy gnome who pretends to be a high rent Mr. Johnson. Has a real SIN issued by the UCAS in the name Mr Johnson but seems to work for Shiawase. He seems scattered and not super capable. Unfortunately he also seems to have access to out of his league information, and so might have more information.
