Built in 2049, Redmond General is a 25-story hospital located at 164th Avenue NE & 85th Street NE, originally funded jointly by the United Corporate Council and metroplex government as a community improvement project. Since then, companies and the metroplex govenement has occasionally given it generous donations as a PR stunt. Despite being the cleanest and most modern of any in the district, it is still notably worse off than many hospitals in the metroplex, mostly due to its understandable difficulty in retaining qualified staff. Low oversight has also resulted in ten times as many black market, organ-legging and illegal operation scandals than any other hospital its size.
