Red Daliah is an alias of Julie Bines who acts as an information broker, mostly for sales.
Her most recent info sale was a dump purported about a Horizon project called Project Silicone Eye. It was bought by an unknown buyer.
Her usual sale method is to show up digitally in a public host which is available for rent (often a smaller club, or a masonic lodge), and hold an auction. More than one someone has been arrested for idiotically showing up in person.
Common people showing up to her sales are:
- Sato Kanaga
- Gilly
- Shiba Morokazu
- Red Courage
- Jin Oboro
- Several important members of the Ancients
- Mr. Johnson
- Francesco "St. Frank" Mareno
- Two members of Knight Errant, both generally unmarked
- A bunch of people with better opsec
She apparently is organizing a sale on the 20th, she is advertising the information as entry to clues to a series of Shadowruns over the last two years.
