Cat-Eyes

Cat-Eyes is an elf Ancients lieutenant that Revàn met up with as a part of Cat Catastrophe. He's an Aware Spark (can astral preceive) so likes to keep himself informed about magical developments to understand what he sees. He gets his name because he's also a proficient sniper sharpshooter and has deep green eyes and his usual position of setting up behind cover poking out to shoot is reminicient of a cat.
